Cardiovascular Consultants - Transferred

We have been trying for 4 months for this office to send a medical release to our oral surgeon.  We leave messages for the managers and no one returns our call.  Their customer service is horrendous.  How, they have been able to stay in business is a mystery.

I joined my husband at his appointment.   My thought was if both of us were there we would not miss anything said.  Most staff continue to wear masks but it is no longer required.  We have never waited longer than 5 minutes for our appointment.  The PA is great and very experienced.  We went over some tests results and asked a number of questions.  We never feel rushed or dismissed.  She gave us her recommendations.  We will follow up on them in a few months.  We scheduled a follow up appointment and we're done.  Shared parking lot.

They are so unorganized that after talking to 6 different people on the same call they still couldn't understand that I needed testing scheduled. They also had my insurance card for about 15 minutes and did not record the information properly.

I should have read the reviews. Went to the doctor at 27th Ave location. Was not really given much attention to my concerns. But he did order a chest x-ray. I never heard from the Dr. office again on the results even though I have called two times and it's been over a month. I got the results myself and went to another Dr. not associated with this group. I have been confirmed with a rare auto immune disease that affects the heart. Shame on the group of doctors and staff at CVC that don't care about patients.
