IMPORTANT REVIEW ( READ ALL )Okay, so Austin and Josh get a bad rep (as you can see by the reviews), but so much of that is due to people calling a million times and having zero luck. I was one of these people. I thought how busy can you really be? You couldnt answer one phone call for almost the whole day??. Im man enough to admit I was wrong. They are in fact that busy!!!! Customer after customer after customer, then running out to the parking lot, then this, then that. My point is they REALLY are that busy. And dont ruin this trick for me, BUT if you call after 2pm you will have MUCH better luck. No guarantees but your success rate will be much higher with getting an answer. Also, once you are in person or do get an an answer, Josh and Austin GENUINELY are insanely helpful. Ive had nothing but great experiences with them. Again, I am someone who jumped to conclusions and figured they just werent doing their jobs. But I soon learned how wrong I was. JOSH AND AUSTIN ARE THE BROS. They will take care of you if you treat them with some respect and realize they really are THAT busy. Having trouble over the phone? Go see them in person. I know its not nearly as convenient as a phone call but either try calling after 2 pm OR just go stop by really quick. Appreciate yall!!

The employees are understanding and want to work with you but the location is severely understaffed and there's a disconnect with how the program is run vs how it actually operates. Making a reservation for an Uber ride share vehicle does not actually mean the vehicle is there or available. They don't have the personnel or the vehicles to turn around cars as fast as people come in, so they have to play hot potato with vehicles as people drop them off, sometimes not even cleaning them or gassing/ recharging them before handing them off. Don't bother calling either.

I've had a good experience every time I go here. They are a busy place. Have patience.
