i have been dr. flarherty patient since 2017. i knew by my 3rd appt with her she is the doctor for me .she is the best dr. i have ever had and really listens to you. she treats the whole patient not just the disease

After being a patient of Dr Joseph Volk at Arizona Oncology for over 30 years and who sadly retired earlier this year, I started going to see Dr Flaherty. My 2nd visit was in Sept and upon arriving 11 mins after my my appt time I was told that I would need to reschedule my visit due to my "being late". Now, having been a cancer patient for over 30 yrs to which I have NEVER had to or been told that I needed to reschedule an appt after arriving to the Dr's office, it is absurd that we, the "patient", have to wait on average up to 30+ mins for the Dr? And OUR time is not valuable? I am a professional woman and find that "good customer service" no longer exists. While the receptionist was rude, I mentioned to her that I would be having my files transferred to another Dr and asked that Dr Flaherty contact me directly. That was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. If I were a patient on my deathbed, I would have been dead by now! Kuddo's to Arizona Oncology as they had the best Doctor and the best staff and were like family to their patients unlike this office.
