Molly does not communicate in a clear efficient manner for her client. Suddenly appointment times and days change leaving her client standing outside her door knocking on many occasions. Not only does she change appointments last minute but when called or texted with a request of a super bill to submit to insurance she ghosts you. When called for an emergency session she is unavailable to her clients in crisis. She requires pre payment for several sessions and then hounds you over sending her the money. Once you’ve paid her she is likely to not respond promptly or at all. All of this is UNPROFESSIONAL and over shadows any of her abilities to be a good therapist.
