I absolutely loved working with Vaco. Unlike other staffing agencies, Vaco found me a job placement within a couple of days. I was perfectly matched with a job that fit my skill set. Getting in contact with the agents at Vaco was never an issue. I was assigned to Michelle Philips the office manager and she is absolutely AMAZING. Michelle is a great listener and she tries her best to place job seekers with the perfect client. She always made herself readily available to assist me if I had questions or concerns. I will definitely use Vaco again in the future.

As a business coach/strategist, I am picky about who I am willing to put in front of my people. I have referred these guys a number of times for difficult/high level positions. Mike Green in particular operates with enormous integrity. He has left everyone I have referred to him delighted with his professionalism and talent. Truly a wonderful company to work with, VACO has been a part of me for over a year now.
