        I purchased a facial from Groupon. Scheduled appointment months out since no availability. When walking in there was a child at the front desk who said she wasn't even there. Tried calling and no answer and no call back. Really unprofessional to schedule someone and then not show up or reach out to cancel/reschedule

Shes very understanding, soft-spoken kind of let you dictate how you want the appointment to be. Which sometimes I like peace and sometimes I like to talk.       I’m so sorry for the miscommunication Lupe but I sent a text message to everyone scheduled this week letting them know I had to reschedule their appointments due to having surgery on 2/28 and will be in recovery for the next 2 weeks. I sent those text messages on Monday 2/27, as soon as I knew my surgeon was able to squeeze me in for surgery.
