Hours posted online are incorrect. Actual hours are M-F 11-7 and Saturday 9-4. Low rating is due to being inconvenienced with my time and gas. I don't know what the service is like.

Scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old and 8 year old on Instagram and was told to bring them in at 1pm. The day before my appointment I messaged confirming the day and time. No response. I figured that they are a business, everything should be ok. I walked in during my appointed time, no one was there but a lady. I told her that I was there for my appointment. She was unaware, went to the back, told me that the person I had an appointment with wasn't there. (Unprofessionalism #1). She told me that this particular barber (her boyfriend) always does this and overbooked. (Unprofessionalism #2)Keep in mind that he wasn't there. She also mentioned that he forgot his clippers so asked if I (yes me) to message him on Instagram again to tell him to bring his clippers. (Unprofessionalism #3)Why do I (the customer) need to tell the barber (The so-called professional) to bring his MAIN TOOL to do his job with . Thats like a chef who forgot to bring food to his restaurant. I had the impression that the barber was in the back telling her what to say MAYBE because he didn't want to do the job. She told me that he doesn't like to cut toddlers' hair when I first walked in which could've been the reason why he acted as though he wasn't there.. I try my best to support my own people when it comes to business but the unprofessionalism that I often receive discourages me to continue to sought out after black own businesses. Its also embarrassing I drove 45 minutes out of my neighborhood so that I can allow my sons to get some of their culture and support black owned business. We don't have a lot of this in Arizona. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place of business for anyone who has decent expectations for professionalism. If you can careless, then have at it!
