Amazing place. To start the front desk was amazing, I showed up to the wrong location but the receptionist made sure it was no big deal. The atmosphere is amazing. Julia K did my hair and executed it perfectly. I thought we were about halfway done and then she said all done! And I look and feel great. 100% will be coming back for Julia and the quick great cut!

Wish I had found Lauri sooner as my first few visits were not good but if you need a cut Lauri is great!

Was 11 minutes late to my appointment at 1:45 for a benchmark. They explained they no longer had time to honor the full service and could only do an express cut. My cut was done by 2:20. Trying to walk back the math to understand how my 11 minute tardiness would have disrupted the schedule. The lack of flexibility was frustrating seeing as my butt hit the rinse chair at 2:15. (All, I think, within the parameters of what the schedule allows for a benchmark.) All felt rushed. Kinda sucked. Dont plan to return. Everyone was otherwise pleasant and professional. But def felt like they were using my tardiness as a reason to not have to provide the full service when they otherwise could have at no real detriment to anyones time. Made me feel less than. Was a bummer.
