        Failed to inform me that there was going to be a hold on my paycheck after I deposited it. This is the second time this has happened. Im sick of this place seriously. For being in the name, its not convenient at all. I was approached by a bank teller while cashing my check at Walmart cash services and told I should start a checking acc with 1st convenience to save money.. at this point Ill spend the $8 to cash my check elsewhere just to avoid going to this place. Gonna close my account.

        I've had nothing but problems with I work 12-hour shifts on the weekend I tried transferring money from my savings to my checking so that I can get an Uber and I couldn't even do that I couldn't call customer service I couldn't call anybody nothing I'm just so done I'm going to go ahead and get with a credit union I've had problems with this bank before years ago when I was a nurse but I'll tell you one thing I'm going to go with a credit union sorry also I had two employees that were rude as well
