        Started with this bank 3 years ago and had some minor despondents. I had considered closing my account. But this time, I'm done! Josh the manager needs to go back to customer service training. Hands down the rudest bank employee I've ever encountered. And I bank with several banks and been banking for decades. The man literally raised his voice at me in the middle of the lobby. Very embarrassing for him, since I was the only customer in the branch at the time. The app is subpar and will not notify you of transactions when it's convenient for them. I would not bank with them, especially at a branch Josh is in charge of. If I can give negative stars I would...... Negative 2 stars Josh.... Negative 2 stars. I absolutely feel ripped off. Not a good feeling when you're dealing with a bank!
