        I have worked at Broadway Proper going on 4 years as "Noc Caregiver", and the residents safety and security is first and foremost on overnight shift. I just want to say, " I love my job, I love coming to work, I love my co-workers but most of all I especially love the residents. I lost my parents a few years back and miss them everyday, and coming to work and interacting with these sweet, loving senior residents sure helps fill that void and they are so grateful for my services which makes me blessed to be able to care for them.
