        The bank is so ghetto they do not even honor their own checks. What a joke. Now I need to drive all the way to Gilbert to cash a check issued by this bank .

        Perfect spot to pay your City of Phoenix water bill. Your bill must be a current statement in order for them to be able to process payment. Customer service at this bank it pretty good. Sometimes there is a line due to Chase only having 1-2 tellers now.
