    I went in for an estimate, told them I wasnt sure if I was going to self pay or use my insurance- it depended on the self pay estimate. The women up front were so rude and pushy and were trying to get me to use my insurance right away as they get to charge more money. Super awful experience- will never voluntarily be back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    Horrible Customer Service. Bell Collision is bad buniness. Unprofessional, dishonest and extremely disorganized. The office manager tried to hold my new 35,000 car hostage because of her careless mistake. The customer service culture that the Director, has created at Bell Collision is the worst I have ever seen. He and his staff make it very obvious that customer service is not an area of interest and definetly not a priority. The director's name is Mike. The employees are rude, short and annoyed when you call for any simple question. No employees are ever available to speak with. Nobody returns your calls or emails ; regarding an update on your vehicle. Once I met the Director, Mike. I quickly realized it was a leadership problem. He could care less how his employees mistreat and disrespect customers. The only priority for Mike is collecting your money. I went to pick up my car and the office manager was beyond unprofessional. Her name was Zoe. She accused me of trying to keep the insurance check. She refused to release my car. I told her 5 times that I never received the insurance check. And that I'm only responsible for the 500$ deductible. After 10 minutes of her arguing over the check. I asked her why she did not call me and leave a voicemail; so that I could have resolved this matter over the phone. Rather than her yelling and causing a seen in the lobby. She then began to yell at me while walking down the hall way ; stating that somebody did call me. I informed her I never received any calls or voicemails from anybody. Obviously if I did receive this information beforehand, I would have resolved before arriving. She continued to argue about the voicemails for another 5 minutes. I finally told her to get me another employee. I'm not interested in wasting my time with her anymore. Another employee finally stepped in and took the time to figure out that Geico still had the check and that the office manager made a mistake. He apologized for the error. He also figured out that there was an issue with my phone number and I was not receiving his voicemails. And while the other employee and I were trying to finish our transaction, the office manager continued to try and argue with me about the check. I finally had to tell her not to talk to me anymore and too stay away from me. And that I would finish my business with Shawn. He was very professional and helpful. At this point I requested her supervisor. She refused to provide her supervisor. She stated she wss the manager and there was nobody else to speak with. So I asked Shawn and he provided me the manager by the name of Mike. Mike did absolutely nothing to help. He could have cared less about customer service. He only made the situation worse. He made it very clear that customer service is not important to Bell Colliision. He allows his employees to mistreat and disrespect customers with no accountability or consequences; as long as they get your money first.
