Dr. Kao-Hutt was incredible. I suffer from tinnitus and needed answers. She was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in the hearing exam. Friendly and on time.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Kao-Hutt called me right back to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. She was so helpful and kind and it made the experience very enjoyable. I DEF. Recommend for people to come see her. She provides a personal experience and cares about her customers.

Dr kao hut is amazing. Here was on time, treated me with kindness and getting to know me. Took her time and no rush. Made me feel welcome. I recommend her. Feel free to ask her any questions. Promise she will not let you down. 5 stars way up.

I wish I could give 0 star. I asked Dr. Patricia Kao-Hutt to re-write the exam results because DoDMERB (Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board) said it was not legible and she charged me $30. I asked her why she charged me and she said "$30 to cover typing out results. Ususlly ppl will bring a document for me to complete." The thing is she knew I did not have a document because on the day we met she asked me if I had a paper for her to fill out and I said no. Later, she sent me another email with legible version of the results and said "The $30 also covers correspondance/email back & forth. Havent received it yet, but thank you in advance." I mean who charges for sending and receiving emails? I've never got charged for something ridiculous like this. She sent me an invoice that is due today and she is not answering the phone nor responding to my emails. I am very upset and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
