this place has been around fr ever . I needed some parts on a Sunday . I for one am glad they are here if they were not around i could have lost my job . My washer quit and i needed to my work clothes thankfully they had what i needed . Thank you for being open Sundays . all those people bad mouthing you guys better hope they never need anything on a Sunday ! If you can't support local move !

Be careful when dealing with this company. Needed a replacement drain hose for my Bosch dishwasher. He told me had it in stock in his warehouse. Would have it in his store in a few hours. Went to pick it up when called. Item was 49.99 as quoted. There was a $12.95 misc. charge added. When asked what it was he said shipping fee to get it to his store from warehouse. Had NEVER disclosed this fee. I think it's almost a scam to get more money. His attitude got a little snide then as I left. WON'T EVER GO BACK or refer them.

Ordered a ice maker after waiting approximately 3 months the part came in and was wrong ice maker after giving the correct model number. They reordered the part after 3 weeks it arrived they originally charged our card 185.00. We were told they would only charge us their cost (51.00) and refund approximately 130.00 we asked the owner to mail us a check, that never happened he said he had already done that which is a complete lieneverafter

I purchased a hub part from this store for $64.53. I didn't need the part and returned it unused the following day. The store agreed to accept the return and attempted to charge me a 50% restocking fee. Ripping your customers off is a great look for a small business. This is why Amazon has become a priority for so many consumers and we will never be back. You have earned your 1 star review, I just wish I had seen your business over the course of 29 years has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
