Carlyle Townhomes

I came by normal office hours on Saturday.The sign on the leasing office said "closed" and it was only 4pm. Things happen, I understand. I made an appointment for 5/6, but had to cancel. I followed their process and rebooked for 5/7 at 530pm. I show up on 5/7, sign says "open" but doors are locked. A nice person unlocked the door and said "She'll be in tomorrow, do you want to leave a message?." No thank you. I made the effort to communicate and update, followed their process, but didn't receive the same courtesy from them. I would have liked to have had someone reach out and tell me that no one would be there at my scheduled appointment time. It's just courteous and a good business practice.I'll keep looking at other townhouses.

I love living at the Carlyle Townhomes. Its a very peaceful and clean community where your neighbors still say good morning. If I have questions or concerns, the staff is always available and Maintenance takes care of any issues almost immediately. Its a very nice place to live.

I've lived at Carlyle townhomes for almost 2 years and looking forward to several more years. I really enjoy the large townhome with connecting garage. Best location with easy access to I-10. It's a great place to live. It is very safe and private. Maintenance is awesome. Work orders are completed quickly. The property Management has fun events for the residents. Personnel and Neighbors are nice and respectful. The grounds, pool and gym are always kept up.

Vandalism and property damage is at an all-time high here and management has not done a single thing about it. The school kids have broken out many of the glass bricks in the wall to the entrance and have kicked over and destroyed most of the lighted driveway posts throughout the community. These same kids bang and kick on the first floor apartment doors and bedroom windows and then run away before you can catch them. Annoying also when you're getting out of you apartment at front door, and they're playing and running ti your front door.Managements solution is for the residents to take pictures or videos of the occurrances. REALLY?!? Bushes, plants, and shrubbery have mostly died because the 25 year old irrigation system needs to be replaced but the only area that is kept alive is the grounds surrounding the leasing office, barely any shadow if you want to go for a walk at daytime don't waste your time and money moving here. All the residents have been complaining and hoping management responds tomorrow when they return to work that this is a pointless service and we can take our trash to the dumpster like we used to and not be charged $35 per month for just valet trash.

I relocated to Carlyle townhomes from another apartment complex not far from here. I will tell you it is night and day. Carlyle is super clean and quiet. Never an issue with parking and the service response to issues in your unit is fast and professional. I would highly recommend leasing from Carlyle townhomes.
