I lived here over a year now nothing works in the apt unit my a/c dont go to the other room the window dont work they came to fix them the first guy was no good the second guy did ok but than boom the window just keep messing up than my tub was leaking they came but the water not even running and all the water going to my downstairs neighbor and nothing they do not have enough maintenance people one of them looks like he dont even know what hes doing

I had two banking errors, that were four a whole years apart. Now they refuse to accept money for my rent except through their third party payment systems. If I want to use my debit card it costs me $54. I have to now go take over $2,000 out of my bank and carry cash down to the local drugstore to pay my rent for $4 fee because they refuse to accept it even a cashier's check. I will never ever deal with a Weidner property again!

Great community and attentive management. Buildings are a little dated, but they have been remodeled with new floors, cabinets and appliances. Two pools, game room and small gym. Definitely recommend!

Great Place to live and close to everything! Justin of the maintenance team is fantastic and efficiently gets things done quickly!
