    had a look around this last week and wanted to leave this review for anyone interested in what the place was like on the inside, well its really clean if youre looking for a luxury place without breaking your bank this is it. The staff at the front office was great, especially florentino i think hes the manager there super cool very professional and curteous with showing me around without feeling rushed. Its definitly a top 3 choice!

    Staff was super helpful in answering my questions prior to move in. However, a few things to note. The walls and flooring seem to be very thin because I can hear every movement. Sounds from an upstairs neighbor are like rolling bowling balls across their floor frequently. Bearable until its beyond quiet hours which is not ideal during the work week. Additionally, parking and towing is ruthless here. Great otherwise!

    ***** I edited my review to include correspondence I received on March 4, 2025 due to false claims by Broadstone Uptown attorney's.***** Greystar - Alliance has many complaints and been sued by AZ Attorneys General office (public knowledge). I am unsure how I can be threatened with trying to ruin a reputation that had many complaints that led to a lawsuit before I knew this company existed. A tenant may receive this email for posting a honest but poor review. My review was and is based on my lived experiences here since Sept 2024 (please see pics). If you choose to live here most of the original staff is still here and saw the poor conditions for months. Only after residents posted reviews and filed numerous complaints, the conditions have improved. I would still encourage everyone especially if you have a short term disability like myself to look elsewhere. Their response to my review indicates they would contact me directly and I never received any feedback from their Staff and cannot attest to anyone being racist, but they are simply unkind and I get laughed at consistently due to my disability by one member of staff in particular since moving in. This same staff member promised my sister and ADA spot upon move in and once paperwork was submitted by a Dr, my spot was moved much further.*Original post*: it is a truly gross environment to live here (see pictures below). The Staff here is not helpful, especially if you suffer from a short term disability or have a service animal like myself. Theres an extreme lack of care for this building (please see the pictures). Most hallways smell like weed, trash compactor breaks often on all floors (please see pictures). Patrol does not actually "patrol", you will rarely see someone present. Elevators consistently down or do not work, esp during move in it appears. Animal urine goes throughout halls, you can *always* smell it. Carpet has been cleaned once since Aug, a replacement is needed in areas. Carpets in elevators need to be removed. Nothing is done about complaints, neighbors have roaches without help, this building is new from the outside, ask to see the trash area during a tour. If you have visitors, the parking is slim. You will see 1 amazing cleaner for this large building with huge issues. Ive tried to find a working trash compactor and there are 0 currently. Every good experience comes if you used Jim/ Tim I heard, but he is gone. This is absolutely not a place to rent from. Rent is high, maintenance is excellent, however the Staff may not put your work order in at all. The app goes down periodically and you are directed back to staff that will not help you. The internet will be down upon move in- do not believe otherwise (residents warned me too). When I moved in, a tenant was very upset about her internet not working. Front office staff Camella told me unit 371 was "crazy" when she was yelling about her internet the day I moved in and had an old TV. Unit 371 is not crazy, very kind and had to find a solution on their own I later found. The Staff just do not not fix things and overshared unit 371 had an old TV that did not work with the internet the community had (I confirmed this is not accurate as she is on my floor). They will tell you units are internet ready, at least half have blown boxes, office is aware. This is not gossip, its literal surveying. My cox tech told me management was informed about the boxes being blown, hes personally told them (due to him installing most of the new boxes here). I had an entire issue with an ADA spot where they essentially moved my "new" assigned parking spot further away and on a ramp. Please see pics. There is 1 amazing cleaning lady Ive seen try to tackle all this by herself, youd think theyd care enough to address consistent issues, paying for consistent cleaning of carpet and servicing of compactors. Its ghetto here already and seeing other residents have similar issues that go unaddressed is disheartening with the high rent here.
