Greenspoint at Paradise Valley

I moved here almost 3 yrs ago. The previous complex I lived at was pretty, but everything else was horrible. The day I moved in, I had a list of things that didn't work. No hot water, oven didn't work, sink only dripped water, toilet didn't flush and other things. Besides the hot water, nothing was fixed for over a month. The last straw was my AC not working in May and they took over a month to get that fixed. I had to turn into a Karen in order to get it done. Now fast forward to living here at Greenspoint. I have had no issues. Any maintenance we need, it's taken care of right away. I've only had pleasant interactions with the employees. It's a great location. One of my favorite things to do is walking to Target to shop. During the summer, it's always a nice relaxing time at the pool. If the water needs shut off for maintenance, we always get a text and updates of any changes. I'm pretty happy here.

I went for a tour,the office staff were kind and professional. The one bedroom were spacey. I really like the styles of the apartment.

This is one of the nicest and safest apartment complexes you could live at. It is always kept clean and the stores are in walking distance. There is a maintenance man there named Mario who is serviced our apartment a number of times. He is quick to get there very efficient and knowledgeable as well as courteous. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Theres something I forgot to add, when you call the office the ladies that manage this apartment complex are just amazing they get things done and are so pleasant to deal with.

Moved in December of 2024 and have really enjoyed living here. I was impressed with the tour I received from Alondra G.; she answered all of my questions and really made the move in experience very easy.
