I recognized many of these characteristics within myself. Dr Cailin is the most fabulous person I have ever met and has lead me down new paths. I highly recommend Dr. Cailin! Not only does she have strong credentials, but her intuition is spot on! With kindness, humor, empathy and a quiet strength, she supports you and your goals. From acupuncture to cupping to in depth conversations, she uses a variety of techniques to help you be your best as clich as that sounds. I originally came to Dr. C looking for facial acupuncture and to continue acupuncture treatment after moving to AZ from another state. What I ended up finding was no only an acupuncturist - but a coach, a guide, a wonderful listener and an amazing healer. Dr. C meets you exactly where you are at and every visit with her I come out feeling lighter and more clear!

I feel extremely fortunate to have connected with this practitioner. I was looking for someone who takes the time and has the ability to tune in to explore what is actually best for me. I'm grateful for her holistic approach as someone whose needs are multifaceted and complex. I am so grateful for the light that Dr. O'Hara has brought into my world. She has a special gift that is layers deep. The subtlety of her work and the impact it has made on me is quite profound. Each time I am with her, the experience encompasses mind, body, and spirit. There have been many sweet surprises along the way and what has been nudged to the forefront for my reflection along with her expertise in healing the physical, has been quite remarkable.
