Dont recommend this place very unprofessional Jaqueline is rude , got ripped off and over charged cant believe they charged over $500 with no advance

This will be my 3rd year with Sirplus accounting for my tax preparation on Northern Avenue. Never had an issue till the new manager Jaclyn took over. She promised 24 hr turn around for loans.( Nothing has hit my bank account). Now I'm calling and her customer service has completely changed. She was nice, responsive, and helpful BEFORE completing my taxes. Now since I'm calling about my loan. She has a smart mouth all of a sudden. I was going to refer . Not anymore. I won't do business with them again. Don't make promises you can't keep especially if I paid for the service.

I went to this company to file my 2020 refund. Its 2022 and ive yet to receive my 2020 refund . My lawyer and myself went to the IRS and they informed us that Sirplus accounting had my taxes that was released on 2.2.22. When I contacted Sirplus accounting I was met with hostile feedback . Thus I was also told I was not correct so I called the IRS back , with the sirplus accounting owner or rep Louise and the rep told Louise the same exact information that they told us . Immediately he began screaming at her and she then apologized for giving such information . I've waited over a year and even when the IRS stated they posted it to my account ,and its not in. So I called back and my number was blocked . Then I called from a different number and spoke with a young lady , she said I was rude , and she will not give me any information cause my call disrupted her day . I stated i've had my year disrupted due to improper information and filing . She then said its best you speak to Louise about your case , or call back and we will run a trace . I already have an emergency trace placed on my account by the IRS. I personally feel that if they took the time to listen to clients to which they did the taxes for , instead of being offensive and blocking numbers or not answering text messages then people would feel more comfortable with their situation . Now my lawyer is about to file against them if I don't have my taxes within 7 days after the IRS stated it was posted on 2.2.2022 . I think Louise could be more understanding , to listen to clients instead of being defensive and brash ,including his staff. If the IRS is giving out information to individuals its not the clients fault that we are told certain things. Plus waiting over a year is very ridiculous and malicious . When clients entrust you with valuable information ,they deserve to be treated with respect cause after all your charges came out on top . So I deem it very unfair to turn your back on people who pay you for a service . I would appreciate a call and some real follow through not just be screamed at, that's unprofessional beyond words. Granted client get frustrated and heated due to what has transpired, and if you handled their case you should be able to assist them . Business is business !!!!!! So I give them 1 stars . I will continue to advocate for whats right for people !!! Now the Global support team is gonna also assist to finding out whats going on . I think Louise may be good person but dealing with multiple issues from people breaks his character . Other than that the start of the refund process was great , Now the information they placed on my file was invalid . Today 2/4/2022 @ 10:15 am my lawyer came back with news that the information that Sirplus accounting has for accounts came back invalid . Now my Taxes will be mailed to my home . So more waiting , I'm just in awe at the measures I had to endure to get this matter correct. I would advise them to make sure they are placing correct information on individuals refund . If certain details have changed then be upfront and inform your clients . I'm beyond disappointed in the service and now i'm 100 % filing for my filing fee to be returned , plus emotional distress . Such a hassle and waste of a year plus in pain and emotional distress . Just treat people right as a decent human beings after all they are paying you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus you get funds way before they do . Right is right & wrong is wrong . Be blessed and I pray things get better and the correct training takes place .
