What an amazing place to go to see. you'll see how their beautiful custom made boots are made. their service is very friendly. I forgot the name of the friendly young man that helped us but he's the tallest Mexican you'll ever meet. their boots are beautiful pieces of art as well as high quality items . My husband has a pair that he owned for 30 years and they're still in perfect condition.

I contacted Paul Bond Boots on 11.11.21, to order a pair of boots. I spoke with Michael who took my order and payment of $760.00 and informed me the boots would be completed within 5-6 weeks. I emailed Paul Bond Boots around the 14th of Dec 2021 inquiring on the status of the boots. I received no response. For months I tried to contact Paul Bond Boots via phone and received no call back. Finally in May 2022, I called from a different number and Michael answered. Michael informed me that the boots were almost done and would be shipping within the next week. In June 2022 my wife called and spoke to Michael, who told her that they would be shipping within the next two days and verified our address. Still nothing. I tried to contact via phone multiple times and received no call back. Finally on Dec 14, 2022 Michael answered the phone and I told him I wanted my money back. Michael told me that I need to send an email with my credit card information in it and he would process the return. I still have not received a refund and Michael is not answering the phone again. I see on the reviews that this business is doing the same thing to another gentleman who ordered around the same time I did.
