        The customer service employee named Monique is extremely rude and unprofessional, she likes to talk in a condescending tone and she was making fun of my mom who was standing 2 feet away, very disrespectful as my mom been shopping at this frys for years since I was a child. I wanted to say something to her, but chose to be the bigger person as I dont like confrontation and work in customer service myself (Also, I shouldnt have to avoid a employee when I come in) Other than that the other employees have been real pleasant and make my experience great. Monique should work in the back stocking not helping the elderly or customers because she needs training on real customer service.
