Great customer service and Chaz (I probably misspelled his name) is the greatest!!! He brings great energy to the store and all the other staff proved to be very attentive to all customers questions and needs. 10 out of 10!!

yesterday i went to the mall with my friend, and immediately when i walked into the store i was having a autism overload with the blasting music, i literally had to scream so the people i was with could hear me, when i got to the register after i picked out 2 pairs of pants and my friend got the same pair and a couple shirts, the lady said that we can connect our bill and get 50% off on the pants bc it was buy 2 get one free, so we said sure cs we are some broke teens, then the lady connects our bill so our pants dropped from like 25 dollars to only 6 or something, our bill was only 30 dollars so i give her my two 20's to pay for us, she makes my friend pay the 30 dollars aswell and NEVER gave me my 40 fucking dollars back like why tf u made both of us pay the full price if u said u merged the bill. literally just scammed two 14 year old girls and i didnt even realize until we got home. ALSO the front desk lady said that the two 20's went on my friends cashapp which it never fucking did. so i want the two extra pairs of pants that me and my friend payed for, thank u rue 21 yall broke asf for having to scam two 14 year olds
