Amazing experience! Keyona is the sweetest and takes a great care of her team. Jamiyah was the kindest and made me feel at home. They made the hell out my sandwich my jaw hurts.

Went to this location on 3/22/24 for dinner and I was not pleased at all with the cleanliness of the restaurant or the employees. I went to place my order at the register y a young Caucasian lady was very polite and sweet but she had very long hair that was NOT in any type of hair restraint. Her hair was freely flowing which couldve lead to hair being in food. Very unsanitary. The lady proceeds to assist the young black lady in making orders without washing her hands or even putting on gloves. I also noticed the other lady not changing her gloves after scratching the side of her face. Also, that Caucasian lady walked outside to go somewhere and then came back in and started to help the other lady to prepare orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. With so much sickness going on staff must do better. Take less time talking and more time cleaning and getting orders out quicker.

Both times I've picked up from here I had to wait excessive amount of time. This time there's 3 employees. 5 drivers waiting for orders. Only one customer in lobby whose order was already taken. Two of the girls are moving in slow motion, and the 3rd is just standing there at the register careless that 5 drivers have been sitting and waiting for 15mins+. You should test for common sense in customer service before hiring. Y'all aren't having me sit there for 30 mins when I could go complete two deliveries where other places have much more complex orders already ready for me. This is how you get on the no-go list

Good sandwiches and nice service. The firehouse atmosphere is certainly unique. With every purchase you can donate some money to firefighting organizations.
