My name is Shemea Broom, and I am both the proud owner and dedicated operator of this esteemed business. With over two decades of experience in providing personal income tax services and venturing into business taxes since 2019, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Education has always been a cornerstone of my career, and I hold multiple degrees and certifications to support my passion for excellence. I possess two Associate degrees in Business and Business Management, three Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Accounting, and Business Management, as well as two Master’s degrees in Finance and Organizational Leadership. Recently, the state has awarded me with multiple certifications recognizing me with the understanding of notary specializations and updated tax education that keeps me acclimated. These academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping my understanding of the financial and business realms, allowing me to serve my clients with the utmost competence.

Tax Management

While I am not a CPA, I am a licensed professional with the State of Alabama and the IRS, where my dedication to providing exceptional services has driven me to develop unique benefits and guarantees for all my valued clients. I handle all tax preparations in a professional manner using Drake Software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As an authorized IRS filing provider, I have obtained a TIN, PTIN, EFIN, and ETIN with the IRS. Additionally, I have completed the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) 18-hour requirements and passed the annual exam. As an AFSP participant, I have limited representation rights, which allow me to represent clients I have prepared and signed tax returns for. This representation is applicable before revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar IRS employees, including the Taxpayer Advocate Service.

Notarial Services

Beyond tax preparation, I have given a dedication to my community by becoming a Notary Public. As a trusted notary, I specialize in authenticating and certifying legal documents, such as affidavits, contracts, deeds, and powers of attorney. I hold a state commission, have undergone a background verification and approval, am certified by national notary associations, graduated from the loan signing program, and maintain a bond as well as errors and omission insurance coverage of $100,000.
