I'd initially approached the company about buying an overseas data plan but was told it's not worth it and to just get a sim card at the airport. However the network must be unlocked and in order for it be be unlocked, the phone must be paid off. They did however, text me after landing, letting me know I could go online and get an overseas data plan...but the plan has to be set up in the U.S. Total incompetence.
Couldn't have less faith in a company. Stay far, far away.

Been dropping off my US Cellular bill payment here for a long time in their drop box. Have had issues on more than one occasion when the payments are not being processed in a timely manner when they are dropped off three days in advance of the due date. There by creating a late fee because their not processing payments from the drop box in a timely manner. When I contacted the store about this issue, the girl admitted that they may overlook processing payments on a daily basis because they are so short staffed, and only open four hours on Sundays. That's not the customers problem.
