Always very thorough! Dr Japas is always straight forward and willing to answer all of my questions.
And the office staff and nurses are great!!!!

Always wait over an hour to even get from lobby to room, then once in room another 30 minutes if not more. Hes never once listened to my dads heart or lungs. Hes diabetic and never ask him to remove his shoes. Just goes over blood work and does refills and talks about his home. Hes an okay doctor but please be aware that people dont have all day to sit and wait. The nurses are always apologizing for his unawareness of how long he keeps people waiting.

Dr Japas is a good doctor who takes time with each patient, listen and answer every question that you can have with great experience, maybe for that reason you have to wait long time in the waiting room. For the time in the waiting room I give him just four stars.

Its always a 3-4 hr waiting time . And doesnt take his time to really make sure whats going on . I have so many testimonies from a dozens
