Great experience!!! I had done some yoga at home but never taken a class. This was my first. It was AMAZING!!! The moves were explained very well. I never felt lost or confused. The instructor was very calming and helpful. She never made me fell dumb if I was doing something wrong. She definitely gave guidance on how to do certain things but was never condescending about it. I will definitely keep "practicing" at Yoga Haum!

Such a wonderful studio. Get place to go and relax and feel right at home if its your first time working doing meditation. The space is clean and tidy. The price is very affordable. Wonderful experience great for a day after skiing or after work.

Absolutely recommend Yoga Haum. Gorgeous, zen atmosphere filled with love. Nancy is a skilled and caring yogi who ensures all students get the direction they need. I left feeling as light as a feather without a worry in the world. I can’t wait to go back to try all the classes offered. Thank you Yoga Haum for an incredible, enlightening experience! ❤️
