Basically conned into a plan. I was told that a 64gb iPad was thrown into an iphone upgrade for a small extra fee to addd the line at $25/mth to my plan. Ended up with a bill that was over $100/mth extra than I was expecting.

Went there last week and it was closed and the store was empty of stuff.

The store is great , ignore all the bad reviews , staff is great , very handful , never makes you feel unwanted nor uncomfortable . Plus sprint is a great company and the staff being helpful is a huge bonus.

This store does not even eligible for 1 star. The staff is arrogant and complete liers. My friend was also cheated by this store. I visited the store to buy iPhone XR and they told i will get an installment $60 per month then i said ok to buy. While filling they told to pay 264 adavance(intially they told zero advance) i paid then they told to pay $55 tax and actvation i paid that as well. in 3 days i got a bill of $107 where as i should get $60, then i visited the store and informed. they told i will get $75 per month. I decided to return it, they collected $45 restocking fee and told i will get the refund of 264 and 55 which i paid intially, but i got only $264.
they made me felt bad on myself after visiting this store, complete liers and unprofessional.I strongly advice you not to visit this store.
