Update for public: We have not heard from Bradley, but I did investigate this supposed issue and talked to the team members that were working at the time this review came in. The assistant manager that rang up this customer believes that the chip on your card was the issue, not our equipment. Cards for all other customers are working normally and we have had no other issues with our equipment. Bradley, I still would love to talk to you to see what else happened and what we can do to improve.
