No option to give zero rating! Careless driver who runs red lights on the regular. Twice in the past week I have witnessed it personally at Hwy 159 and Moro Road stoplight. We at the intersection can see the bright red semi barreling down 159 so, everybody waits on their own green as they can see no slowing down as he runs the red. So many local complaints yet no improvement in driving skills. Lawsuits waiting to happen!
