I'm a dog lover through and through. My dog LOVES cats, but for primordial reasons, of which most of us don't approve. Recently, Monster(yes, that actually his name) started favoring his back leg. Then legs. I called around, because I'm trying to start a boy's camp and that makes you broke, and I asked this question to ALL of the ones I called.
"I've got about 70 bucks, will that be enough?" ALL OF THEM, said,"NO" in one form or another. All of them except Country Hills. They just said "bring him in." What I heard was,"It's more important that we see him than arguing about money over the phone. Get him here now!" That really said a lot to me. We brought Monster in and they had no problem with him when we've actually been asked to leave other places because he tries to get at other dogs or cats or whatever. But I'm there and nothing is going to happen with my dog so long as I'm there. They loved him.
Now, this isn't the story where the ending is where Monster gets free surgery or anything like that. No, they're not a charity case and you have to pay fur your bill, but they did show me how we can get to a place where I can afford it. They worked with me. Sincerely. Empathetically. And, I know the other guys love animals too, but I can't see them loving them like Country Hills does.
I can't quite articulate what they did for me, but I can tell you that IT WAS GOOD. NONE of us are good. These people co.e real close. Thank you so so much.

Id give this place 2 stars, but I dont think they deserve it. This one star is specifically for the staff ( vet tech, receptionist) when I went in. My sister in law called over the phone and she was quoted $700-800 for an emergency pet fixture surgery. When she arrived, they took the pup in the room and were quick to give her an estimate of $2,100. I was very upset because this is not what was agreed upon and I was there right next to her when she spoke to them over the phone. The girl was on speaker as well so I could hear clearly. I immediately called them back when I found this out and spoke with the main doctor who made it clear with his words Im the main boss here did say he would look into this and resolve it. 5 minutes later they called my SIL and said they would do everything for $800. I appreciate that he did do that for her , but this isnt why Im writing this review. When we got there the next day to pick up the pup, he had the worst demeanor Ive ever seen. He looked very annoyed with us. If you own a business, and your receptionist messes up something it is your responsibility to fix the situation. I understand he may have lost out on money, but as a vet I believe you should care more about helping dogs than money. It seemed like all this man cared about was money. If he wasnt ugly with us and didnt basically throw our pups meds on the table I wouldnt be writing this. Be more professional and do better if you want to keep your business open. I will never be coming back here and I will be reporting this to the BBB and will not be recommending anyone to come here. We have 6 dogs and this place definitely lost my business forever.
