The office called to let me know when to expect the service technician and he arrived right on time. Upon arrival, both Guillermo and Marcos were very courteous, put shoe covers on, were professional and thorough. Guillermo also advised regarding a future service for a wet switch due to condensation. He also noted that the capacitor needed
to be replaced as it was not performing at full capacity. He replaced the component and it worked perfectly. He reviewed the service and the check up that he provided, confirmed my email address and thanked me for being a customer of Stuart Pro Heating & Air. Excellent service.
