They took my grandmother's broken ring and made it like new again! The price was fair and the work was flawless. I was so happy when I saw it all fixed for the first time, I cried! It was absolutely stunning! I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. Thanks, y'all!!!

This place is terrible. My husband and I were returning customers. One of our many mistakes with this place. We bought my temporary engagement ring as well as my husbands wedding ring and earrings for me. My husband and I decided that we wanted to replace my engagement ring because it was only meant to be temporary and was not real. So because we had a relationship with the manager here and liked him very much we chose to come back here instead of taking everyone else's advice and going to Shane Company. We assumed there would be some since of loyalty. We chose and ring and made a sizable down payment and put my setting on layaway. Unfortunately, shortly after this my husband lost his job and we were struggling really badly. We called the manager and asked if we could cancel our layaway. He quickly told us that there were no refunds given and that there was nothing he could do. After much convincing, he finally agreed to talk to his boss and see what he could do. He called 2 days later to tell me that there were no options except to get a store credit or pick something else. They have lost no business due to my layaway, lost no money and it didn't inconvenience them. In fact when I went back into the store to try to talk with the owner (who was conveniently not there) I saw my ring in the case. Proof they are not losing money from my layaway. The fact that they were not even willing to take $25-30 out and just call it even was beyond me. This place has no regard for customers or loyalty. The owner is greedy and he is never around. I am sure they will run away lots of good paying customers with their bogus policies (That they don't bother telling you before you purchase the item and do not post in the store where people can see it).
Never go here. Don't waste your time or money.
