Do not use this travel agency! We had a credit with Delta vacations, and our travel agent used our credit for her own personal trip to Disney World. This is completely unethical and dishonest. She never told us about it, and she used my name to book the reservation. Beware.

do not use this company! One of their agents used our credit at Delta vacations for her own personal use for a trip to Disney World. She even used my name and my email address on the reservation when confronted she denied she did anything wrong. I travel agent should be trusted with your money, so don't use this one.

I have used Epic Travel for my last two trips and I love the customer service and professionalism. Alecia is really great with getting back to me in a timely manner and keeps me updated about my trip. I was referred to Epic Travel by a friend and I have been using them for a year now...I'm looking forward to continuing using them as my travel agent. #HappyClient :-)
