Came with my family member while he was getting dialysis, and the staff was so rude and aggressive towards me! They barely check on the patients during their treatment, and the customer care is deplorable!!!! They got on to me about using a wheelchair because I have epilepsy, they said that the chairs were for paying customers! How rude, unethical, and honestly I think they were picking on me and other patients because they thought they could get away with it. We are transferring to another location asap, the polite mature way to handle this situation is to not spend our time or money here if they treat people already bad off badly. It's a waste of our business, maybe this is why they got such a low score....

Absolutely first class staff. Very wonderful clean facility. Although I've only worked with one of the doctors for a short time I find him very professional and very caring.
