Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund. I've never had a business follow up with me about a cancellation or refund like that. It was a lot of money and I thoroughly appreciated the call to ensure she had the details for my refund. This is the reason why, when my budget improves, I will absolutely go back to TT for future frame/lense purchases because they are so wonderful. And I will definitely continue my eye exams here as well.

Take my daughters there on Monday, for a eye exam, pick out new glasses. The eye doctor was super friendly, made my daughters feel comfortable, make them laughed, and the stuff is very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who have children.

Last month, we needed to resolve a previously mis-diagnosed prescription for contacts (from a different dr's office) and get fitted for and order them. I can't think of the last time we encountered someone who so enthusiastically and expertly helped us like Charles did. After the doctor completed the exam, Charles went to great lengths to troubleshoot our issue and delivered a solution that was outside of the box. We appreciate his clear explanations of the options and his endeavor to help us reach our desired outcome. Everyone is always very courteous and professional when we visit, but this time it was a notch above terrific! Thanks, Charles-you are definitely in the right role :)
