I've never been more disgusted. I recently just moved back from Binghamton, New York to Buffalo NY And I'm having a horrible experience, I'm very sick 3 days without my medication. Because my doctor did not bother to call me I'm very surprised and proud of myself that I am still sober I'm on my way hopefully they can get away from me to get to them so I can give this person a urine Tess and I can get my medication. This is the most ridiculous thing I ever had to go through. This Michelle lady sucks, you don't do this to your clients The way I'm feeling no one should go through this. Certain people don't need certain professions.

Do not use this office. I've been seeing a psychiatric nurse practitioner at this location through telehealth for over a year and am actively looking to switch to a new practice. This office is very inefficient and poorly run. I.e I have been trying to get a prescription refill for going on two weeks and I keep calling and each time someone says they'll send the request but it never gets sent. For another issue I had to call 5 times over a period of 2 weeks to get the right person to call me back. I'm not sure if they're incompetent, lazy or just don't do their job. Either way avoid them.

Counselors are great, but that is about it.  my Dr blew me off monthly for about 8 months, usually cancelling our appointments the day of- or sometimes not at all, and just left me sitting there.  Getting medications refilled is a nightmare, and I've had about 6 months where I had to suffer withdrawal symptoms bc they just don't fill them.  most recently, they weaned me from a medication I had taken almost 20 years, and then when it came time to fill the new script that I was switched to, it took over 3 weeks to do it.  I've never experienced withdrawal like this in my life. When I cancelled services, they called my parents (I'm almost 40!), and told them I'm not taking my meds- like I was the reason.  I tried calling/messaging for weeks, my counselor put in requests 2 weeks in a row, and my pharmacy called too- still no script was filled.
