I lived at 131 Allen St. I have nothing but great things to say about where I lived and the company. Whenever I had an issue, maintenance was there pretty quickly to take care of it. The office staff was always super nice to me as well. I remember the front desk person waited for me because it was the last day that I could drop off the rent and it was around 4:50pm when I had gotten on the bus. I called to tell her that I was running late, and she actually waited for me. I didn't have the same "slumlord" experience that others have had.

I wish i could give this company 0 stars. The most unprofessional property management and staff I have ever come across. Have had nothing but trouble since we moved in here. In an 8 story apartment building there is two elevators and since MARCH one has been broken... it is now nearly OCTOBER and the one is still down with no apparent plan for repair. Doesn't seem too bad until the other only works when it wants... 3/7 days a week if we are lucky and you have two dogs and six trips of groceries.
The major issue with this property and its management is their respect and care for their tenants. Our car was stolen from our GATED and "SECURE" lot. The cameras they have barely cover one angle of the lot and you can't even make out the make of the car when it is parked right in front of the camera you just see the car taking off... that's how poor the quality is. So I guess the signs all over the parking lot that say "video surveillance to aid in prosecution of any crime committed" are a complete lie. When we notified the property manager via email there was not even a response until they were contacted directly by a detective. YOU ARE JUST MONEY TO THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE MOST CARELESS AND RUDE COMPANY AROUND.
