Placed an order and five days later they accepted payment. A month later and the merchandise has yet to be received. NO response to five emails to their customer service and NO answers to their phone number

This is the worst place ever. I ordered $123.85 of merchandise. I received $109.86 of merchandise. I was charged $119.85. I wrote to their customer service regarding the error and I received a return email that just said: OK . I never did receive the additional credit. The merchandise came packed in a used cardboard box and it was just thrown in the box. What a waste of time and money.
Good luck trying to call them - either the phone is disconnected or it goes to a fax line.
I am contacting the credit card bank and filing a fraud claim against them.

Placed an order and no response to emails, calls, etc the merchandise was not recieved. this place is a scam. do not give them your credit card info. about a week later fradulent charges were made on my cc. could be coincidence but my guess is that the cc information was compromised by them.
