Don't waste your time here if you have multiple kids or a growing family. I was told once by the owner that if one of my kids would be out for whatever reason I could not bring the other, they both would have to be out. Was never told that at my kids old daycare and no one I know with multiple kids has heard that from there daycares. Also if you plan on having another child, they require you keep your current kids in there while on maternity leave or they will drop your spots. You know while home for a few weeks and can care for your other children also on less pay. They decided to tell me that after I went out, KNOWING that was my plan, yet no one decided to mention it at any earlier point in time. Owner was very pushy on them staying in but I was up front and said they would not be, but was never told they'd drop our spots. That's another thing I've never heard from friends in other daycares or at my kids old daycare when my first was out from me having my second. From the beginning though I got some red flags and brushed them aside but after everything seems they only care about $$$ not the actual kids and family's. Oh and it was always a fun game finding one of my kids who seemed to always be in a different room every day. They apologized for that though . And I won't even get into the illegal thing the owner told me to do . Lady went as far as trying to tell me to commit fraud to get them $ for my kids. I could keep giving examples but this would be too long. Go look up tiny treasures or blue giraffe, both also in Tonawanda, instead.
