I wanted to write this review for the ones that are in the same situation like us. We have legal right to update ssn cards from restricted to unrestricted. Although we showed all documents that says we can get unrestricted ssn cards, the manager tried to convince us not to apply. She told that we could not get unrestricted cards even if we apply for new cards. When we ask the reason why we would not get , she said that she knows her job well about 30 years. She was rude and angry when we ask the explanation. Then we applied and got our new unrestricted ssn cards with no problem at all. Manager and all employees in there, they have no idea about our case and did not willing to know what their job requires and even try to prevent us. So better to know your rights well rather than listening to them.

They don't care about all their 1 star reviews they treat everyone like dirt. Manager won't lift a finger to help and employees do not care at all.
Horrible experience so I left after 4 hours of waiting for ss benefit application and called my congressman. I suggest everyone do this and report this location and staff
