image Anyone else getting "incentive cards" from Highmark that, for whatever obscure reason, DO NOT WORK ANYWHERE? Get your mammogram or see the obgyn, and you get a card, which declines every single place you try to actually use it.

image They all work from home !! They cant answer any questions and there are no bosses or higher ups to talk to !! I pay thousands of dollars a year plus what my place of work pays and this insurance company is horrible! They are going to let me die from a heart condition because they wont get the paperwork or the oks to get my procedure done !

image This is the worst insurance company ever. I dread going to any provider because I know it's going to be a lengthy process of back and forth with the billing department despite having coverage. I'm being threatened to be sent to collections because HighMark won't pay the bill. I'm billed monthly without missing a beat for my coverage and yet anytime I utilize my coverage it's an act of Congress. That being said everyone that I've talked with has been helpful but I shouldn't have to fight for 5 months to have my insurance provide insurance. It's such a joke.

image I specifically wanted to make sure there wasn't a lapse with my insurance because I need my prescription so I paid the $200 needed for the monthly premium and asked how do I get my cards so I can get my script she said once the payment is made it'll be sent in the mail so I can give you the info on the card so you can use it to get the prescription gave me the numbers I went to use them the pharmacist said these aren't the right numbers because they're supposed to be letters he called who he could spoke to 2 people who said I have no file and no coverage since it was Friday I can't speak to anyone until Monday so I paid 200 for the bill and then 200 for my script there should be a way to contact someone on the weekend I knew they were going to make the insurance transition difficult I should of picked a different provider I'm very angry and need to be refunded immediately guess I'm waiting till Monday if people have jobs and they work 9 to 5 how are we supposed to contact people of importance if you're only one mon thru Fri from 9 to 5 there should be an emergency line for people that need to obtain their information and it will not let me log into the app because they gave me the wrong information 1 day into having this insurance and I'm already having problems
