      image I am very disappointed in the service I am getting over and over again at Key Bank. The tellers are friendly, but the service is not good and they do not give customers the necessary information about one's transactions and how they effect access to your own money. Nobody in there tells you what might happen if you put your money in an account that will not allow you access your money for ten days. I am moving to another bank. This is not the first time they have not allowed me access to my money.
      Right now I do not even want give them one star!
