When I come to Lubbock I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites clean rooms great breakfast friendly staff swimming pool workout room and access to the highway right there

hotel was extremely clean! looked just like the pictures, stayed here two nights and the staff was very helpful with any concerns/questions I had. very quiet and calm location close to lots of food and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again!!! thank you

Just checkout this morning, stayed Saturday & Sunday nights. A very clean hotel, every employee was very nice& friendly. Sundays breakfast was excellent & spoiled us Modsts was good just not as many options. The only suggestions we have is some non slip something in tub & longer shower curtains water got all over floor every time we showered. Overall 5 stars. Beds were great

I was there for two separate weeks for work. I was very pleased with how clean my room was, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
I thought I just got lucky until I returned the next week. I was tired, and a large youth group of 15 or so just got there right before I did. I was irritated because I was tired from travel. The gentleman that was working the counter made sure to greet me with a nod and a smile. He got that whole group worked out in 5 minutes. The gentleman's name is Johnathan. I'm not great with name, but his will stick with me.
Johnathan made sure I got the type of room I reserved. He swapped out TV remote batteries and was always willing to help. Very genuine guy.
This was a different room than my first week, but every bit as comfortable. Those beds are the best...and so are the pillows! The room was refreshed daily. This Holiday Inn took great care of me. It's the only place I'll stay when I return. I highly recommend it!

My stay for two days was great. The room was nice and clean along with the bathroom, which was very clean as well. Breakfast was convenient, and coffee was hot. We're definitely making this our hotel when we're in the area.
