I am currently employed by Advocates for Services for the Blind Multihandicapped, Inc. I've been working here for over a year and I love how it is a small agency with such a big mission. I work hand in hand with the executive and I love how her and her team are constantly working to find ways to better improve staffing issues, to quickly resolve problems whether they are big or small, to find ways of making everyone feel welcomed, for everyone to love what they are doing. I have attended meetings where everyone in management got together to brainstorm ways to better improve all aspects of the agency. Everyone works together and makes you feel like family.Their goal is to reach everyone and to make every single employee and individual as happy as possible.
