The corporate location kept sending me to the apple store to get a replacement for my lost sim card. I spent 3 hours going to the apple store with no help and returning to the Verizon store. The staff couldn't solve my problem, just telling me they don't care because they don't sell physical sim cards anymore. I am a long-time Verizon customer, and certainly, this is not the customer service that I expected in my hard time when I lost my sim card.

Beware of this store!! They are liers! My dauther bought a samsung device there, and asked specifically if it can be used in israel with an israeli carrier sim. The answer was yes!! Turns out verizon blocks their devices for 60 days, and the device is currently useless...

Last July an aggressive store manager offered me a bring your own device rebate to switch to verizon. He assured me that even if I used the gift card, there was absolutely no obligation to stick to verizon. After 9 months I decided that I was not happy with the service or cost and switched carriers and was hit with a $450 bill. I dont care what the fine print says, the store manager is a crook. At time of purchase I asked specific questions and got specific answers that were lies. I'm now stuck with a $450 bill. Considering taking action against them. More importantly, I wanted to post this as a warning that you can not believe what you are told in the store.

Worst Verizon store period. Employees ignore customers and spend their time chatting with each other. You can only get help when you bother them and they seem annoyed. Tried to get a new SIM card after a Verizon tech told me to do so and the store kept giving me the run around. I ended up leaving with nothing but frustration. Do better Verizon.
