Very Pleased. I have two old air conditioners that were filthy and barely working (in the middle of a heat wave). North Pole showed up exactly on time and cleaned my air conditioners completely and quickly. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes. As soon as they left, I had a properly cooled apartment for the first time all summer.

A very positive experience with this entire team! The person who answered my call provided helpful starting information and was clear in her explanation of how a diagnostic visit worked. Scheduling was smooth. The repair team arrived right in the middle of their window and were efficient and friendly. They were able to solve our AC problem (a loud rattling noise from tubing that needed to be readjusted), explained what the problem was, and were clear in the pricing. And now: our AC works great! I had an excellent experience with this business; everyone was professional, friendly, and prompt. My turnaround time from calling in for a service appointment to getting a new AC was incredibly fast. Jason personally went out of his way to help me navigate the warranty process for my new unit, and I got a new AC installed the very next day. While I'm sure it's not possible to have such a quick turnaround in every situation, I am confident that they will treat you like a human being and conduct their business with integrity and expertise. 10/10 service.
