This company is absolutely horrible. I have had the unfortunate situation of having to deal with them because this is the company my apartment management deals with. I was having issues with my old refrigerator and one of the workers came out and came to see what was wrong  and decided I needed a new refrigerator. First off it took them 2 weeks to deliver the new refrigerator, secondly the refrigerator was not new at all . It was dirty and clearly has been used for decades it was ancient, but the worst part of all, after they hauled off my old refrigerator two very horrible things happen, one he had to install a new fan to the back of the refrigerator, this thing came broken already! 2nd there were roaches crawling out of the refrigerator while he was back there. Yes people this refrigerator company brought roaches into my apartment, no I did not have roaches at all!!!. The guy tried to tell me that it must be from my house, ummm no not at all they were clearly crawling from out the refrigerator. No roaches were in or around my old refrigerator they were coming out of the refrigerator he delivered. He apologized but at this point the damage is done. After crying for about two hours I went out and got some roach poison and some sticky traps and decided to just get some sleep, woke up to about 9 roaches stuck on the sticky trap and a dead roach inside the refrigerator. I do not want to deal with these people ever again. The refrigerator is also making a clicking noise that is driving me crazy. Tip stay far away from these people, they don't care about anything but money they are very disgusting.

If you find yourself doing business with this company, just look the other way and run.  Their service is terrible if you can even schedule an appointment.  By some stroke of luck I managed to get the owners number and when trying to schedule an appointment he told me he would "maybe" come at 4, 5, or 6.   Anyway he eventually came after calling him multiple times afterwards.  When he came to check out my stove (pilot light and oven weren't working" he didn't even notice all of the gas lines were broken (actually melted) I had to point it out to him.  Note- this company apparently rebuilt this stove (horrible job).  So he tells me he will get me a different stove - never happened.  Instead he sent someone to repair it.  The guy they sent came three days in row (and yes I had to call everyday to make sure he showed up) tried to fix it but couldn't.  After the third day he said he would talk to Michael about getting me a different stove and would come back again tomorrow same time.  Never came!!  I called up Michael and he starts telling me that apparently I intentionally broke the stove.  What kind of business is this? They don't hold themselves accountable for anything.  So long story short I'm still stuck with a broken stove, wouldn't want to do business with this company ever again.  If you find yourself in need of used appliances or appliance repair stay away from this place they will only give you headaches!!
